If you find an error with your order or find you need to return or exchange an item, please call 888-453-5379 and we will provide you with a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please take a few minutes to read the following guidelines and instructions to make sure this is processed correctly.
Manufacturer's Warranties
Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty. Other than applicable manufacturers' warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
You Must Call 888-453-5379 to Make Arrangements for Return
-The name the merchandise was purchased under must be written clearly on the Package/Label.
-Tires must not have been driven on or mounted on the vehicle (used).
-Please do not ship via the U.S. Postal Service.
-Please make sure the return address is clearly written on the package and the label.
Credit amount will be calculated as follows:
TIRES: Credit less all freight charges incurred.
Orders shipped via Federal Express or UPS are charged freight both ways on refused shipments.
Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. If payment received was cash or check, we will refund by check to the billing address.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: If an item is damaged or missing from an order and/or an item is shipped incorrectly, duties and taxes will not be charged upon re-shipment. Call for a Return Authorization Number and more information on return shipments.
Canadian PST, duties and taxes will not be refunded on items returned for reasons other than those stated above.
Shipping and Damage Claims
If your shipment has arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please contact World Tire Wholesale at 888-453-5379. We will report the damage to the shipper and arrange for replacement or exchange. Damaged merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing and we will arrange for the return.
Return Check List
Call 888-453-5379 for a Return Authorization Number.
Original strapping should be completely intact. (If not, ship tires individually. Do not tape together.)
Each tire (even when strapped to another tire) should be clearly labeled with your return address and World Tire Wholesale’s address.
Packing slip with Return Authorization Number should be taped securely on tire.
Full Credit Will be Issued if Any of the Following Conditions are Met:
- The wrong merchandise is shipped.
- The merchandise is damaged during shipping.
- The merchandise is defective.
- The merchandise does not properly fit your vehicle and fitment was approved by World Tire Wholesale.
Full Credit Will NOT be Issued Due to Improper Packaging
Note - The packages are not treated gently during shipment and without the proper packaging, the products can become damaged. It is the customers’ responsibility to make sure the wheels and tires are protected. Under no circumstance will World Tire Wholesale accept a return of product that is damaged due to the negligence of the customer. Remember, the products are still your property until World Tire Wholesale receives them back.
